Cancellation Policy

Cancellation rules apply once an appointment is confirmed by our staff. If the appointment is not confirmed before the booking time, a full refund will be issued. Once your appointment is confirmed, our team requires 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees. For appointments cancelled within 2 hours of your upcoming appointment time, appointments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Refund Policy

If your appointment is confirmed, please refer to our cancellation policy. For appointments that are not yet confirmed, a full refund will be issued.

Late Policy

We understand extenuating circumstances could cause you to be late. We prioritize our client’s needs but ask for transparent communication and respect. We allow a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled appointment time; once the grace period ends, the client will need to reschedule their appointment for another day and time. Depending on the circumstance, and remaining time available for the session, our nurses will determine if they feel they have the time to complete the IV therapy and continue with the treatment.

Our nurses sometimes drive far to service our clients, therefore using up resources and time. If the client is over 15 minutes late, and the nurse does not have the time to complete the treatment, or, if the client is a no-show, the treatment will be non-refundable. 

Client Etiquette

We ask that our clients provide accurate and detailed information about their health history, symptoms, and any concerns to ensure safe and effective treatment. Clients should follow the provider’s recommendations, treatment plans, and aftercare instructions to maximize the benefits of the IV therapy treatment. Clients are encouraged to ask questions, seek clarification, and communicate any preferences or concerns to enhance their understanding of the treatment process. We ask for compliance when it comes to our policies such as cancellations, late arrivals, payment, and other administrative matters. By adhering to our client etiquette policy, clients can contribute to a positive and successful IV therapy experience.
